The Southern Nevada chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) is part of the leading global professional organization for the commercial real estate industry, representing more than 21,000 members across 55 chapters in North America.
At the local level, CREDA Southern Nevada connects commercial real estate professionals with the relationships, resources and insights needed to advance their careers through high-impact networking and practical education.
As part of CREDA’s broader mission, CREDA Southern Nevada serves as a trusted voice in the Southern Nevada region, advocating for public policy that supports growth and contributing to industry innovation.

CREDA Southern Nevada Chapter
Formed in 1986, the CREDA Southern Nevada has grown dramatically since it’s inception as a socially oriented club to become the voice of commercial real estate development in Southern Nevada. Now with more than 800 members the Chapter is known throughout the community for organizing special events such as the awards program, annual bus tour of office and industrial projects, annual golf tournaments, monthly breakfast meetings featuring informative guest speakers, and numerous education workshops and seminars. The chapter is also actively involved in government affairs at the local and state levels.
The Chapter has received national recognition over the years with the Chapter Merit Awards for its Spotlight Awards program, Educational programming, Membership programming, Government Affairs program, Outstanding Contribution by a Chapter President and Outstanding Contribution by a Chapter Executive.
