The Executive Leadership Program, ELP (formerly DOLI) is designed to develop effective leaders within the CREDA membership and provide leadership skills applicable to professional, volunteer, and personal life. Curriculum will include orientation to CREDA history, leadership training, and effective participation in chapter leadership. The sessions will be led by notable presenters including chapter leaders, staff, and outside leadership professionals.  There is no age limit for this program.

ELP will have a cohort of 15 members and is held in the spring every other year starting in 2027. The program consists of seven 3-hour sessions and a graduation ceremony. Program fee is $500. Classes are held from 8:30 am – 11:30 am at Alternative Management’s Office.
