Obviously, the global rebranding from NAIOP to CREDA, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, alone has been big news…not that much has changed otherwise. With more than 795 members, CREDA Southern Nevada delivers value across the full spectrum of our mission: building relationships, education, research, and advocacy. That advocacy role has never been more important. Land availability, water, and power are among the most urgent issues facing Southern Nevada’s continued growth, and CREDA is a vital industry leader in those conversations alongside municipalities, state and federal government, utilities, and other stakeholders. At the same time, our industry continues to address new laws, regulations, requirements, and processes at both the local and state levels that can make development more difficult, costly, and inefficient. CREDA works every day to represent our members, advocate practical solutions, and help ensure Southern Nevada remains a place where responsible growth and development can succeed. These efforts directly impact the businesses, livelihoods, and futures of our members.

For 40 years, our chapter has also delivered signature events including the Bus Tour, Spotlight Awards, Golf Tournaments, and exclusive Members-Only Mixers. CREDA Southern Nevada has been recognized nationally for our innovative monthly Breakfast Programs, educational events, and Developing Leaders Institute. Our Community Service Committee keeps us connected to worthy causes including Communities in Schools, Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, Street Teens, and more.
