CREDA Southern Nevada relies on the active participation of its members to help guide and support the organization’s operations. To effectively manage responsibilities and achieve organizational goals, CREDA is organized into several Committees, each focused on a specific area of service and leadership.

Each Committee is led by a Chair and supported by a Board Liaison, along with a team of CREDA members whose involvement varies based on their objectives and workload. Committees establish annual goals that align with CREDA’s overall mission and work collaboratively to help the organization achieve its strategic priorities.

Committee participation is one of the many benefits of CREDA membership, providing valuable opportunities to contribute, develop leadership skills, expand professional networks, and make a meaningful impact on the commercial real estate community in Southern Nevada.
